Need advice on eco cookware to use that will not break the bank!?
Finally get rid of all that Teflon and plastic the kitchen. Acquisition of new cooking pots and pans, I would not mind buying used, but it is difficult to find uses stainless pots and pans. Should I get stainless steel? I know there are some that will not stick to say they are good, but I do not know much about them and thought it would be best to avoid any chemical only crazy in my kitchen. Does anyone have any ideas on this subject?
Cuisinart has a line that is called Gourmet Green and Eco-Friendly. There is also a brand called Green Bread that is Eco-Friendly. These two lines of the lack of Teflon, but still does not stick.
