geothermal energy, what is the delay?
If a hole a few miles deep water is injected, we can extract geothermal energy almost unlimited. So why do not we develop this source of more? Must be because drilling a deep well miles is damn expensive, but how is our drilling technology progresses? Therefore, it is only a matter of engineering technology? Why not spend millions on technology drilling again? Blast a hole with a super-lazer beam??
Pressure at a depth that provide geothermal energy is overwhelming and vents which are nearer the surface are widely dispersed and generally have much more than local benefits.
