How I can recycle if people keep stealing my recycling bins?
My recycling bins sit out by my trash container. Three were stolen in the last two months. They have been laid our there for years. One was an old Rubbermaid trash can, with recyclable materials written on it. There's really no space in the kitchen for them. I support the environment by recycling, but people keep stealing my paper! (Any idea how I can assure my containers to the recycling truck can still pick it up and throw it in the truck? Or a recycling system that works in the kitchen?)
If a person, said the chain and padlock to work, but it takes all the air from the bottles and then put them in, such as a garbage bag and keep on saying if your garage you have one then take the bag into the truck and get the bag back to them so they can reuse it to save some money on bags
